Payment

Yes, once the payment is completed, you will receive an invoice via email. You can also request a hard copy from our technician during the service visit.

Yes, we offer a 7-day return or exchange policy for spare parts if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. Please contact our support team to initiate the process.

You can cancel your service appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time without any charges. For cancellations made within 24 hours, a minimal fee may apply.
