1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are applicable only for products purchased directly from Pahuja Aqua Service (online or offline) and not for third-party purchases.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • A return request must be made within 7 days of the product delivery date.
  • Products that have been installed, used, damaged, or show signs of wear and tear will not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Consumable items such as filters, membranes, and cartridges are non-returnable once opened.
  • Customized or special-order products, including parts specially ordered for a customer, are not eligible for return.
  • Services such as Installation, Repair, and Maintenance once completed cannot be refunded.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected by our team.
  • Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original method of payment.
  • If a refund is due to a service-related issue, our team will assess the situation and, if eligible, provide a partial or full refund based on the nature of the issue.

4. Exchange Policy

  • Products that are defective or damaged upon arrival may be exchanged for the same item.
  • To request an exchange, contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving the product with proof of damage (photos or videos).
  • Exchange requests beyond 48 hours from the delivery date will not be entertained.
