2. Services Offered
Pahuja Aqua Service provides the following services:
- RO Water Purifier Installation
- RO Water Purifier Repair
- Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
- RO Water Purifier Service and Cleaning
- RO System Upgrades and Modifications
3. Service Areas
We operate in Gurgaon, Delhi NCR, and all over India. Availability of services outside these regions may vary.
4. Service Requests

- The service request should include the type of service required, the model of the water purifier, and the service location.
5. Pricing & Payment
- The prices for services, repairs, and maintenance will be quoted based on the type of service and any additional components that may need to be replaced.
- Payments are due upon service completion. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit card, and bank transfer.
- For Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), payment terms will be outlined separately in the AMC agreement.
6. Warranty on Services and Repairs
- We offer a 30-day warranty on services provided (excluding replacement parts).
- Parts replaced during repairs are covered by a manufacturer warranty, which may vary depending on the manufacturer.
- Warranty claims must be made within the stated period, and faulty parts must be returned to us for inspection.
7. Customer Responsibilities
- The customer is responsible for ensuring that the water purifier is accessible for service at the scheduled time.
- Customers should provide clear and complete information about the water purifier and the issue for an accurate diagnosis and prompt service.
8. Service Appointment Cancellation
- Customers may cancel a service appointment with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made after this time may incur a cancellation fee.
- If a service technician arrives at the scheduled location and the customer is unavailable, a no-show fee may apply.
9. Liability
- Pahuja Aqua Service will not be held liable for any damage caused to the water purifier due to customer misuse, incorrect installation, or use of non-original parts.
- We are not liable for any consequential loss or damage resulting from the use of the water purifier or any failure of service.
10. Personal Data Protection
- We respect your privacy and will only use the information provided to us for the purpose of completing your service request and related communication.
- Personal data will not be shared with third parties without prior consent unless required by law.
11. Force Majeure
- Pahuja Aqua Service will not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform services due to events outside our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.
12. Modifications to Terms
- Pahuja Aqua Service reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the updated terms will be effective immediately.
13. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
